Online reservations and payment
Use when you are ready to make your reservations.

To reserve and pay the deposit online you must arrive and depart on a Saturday and stay a minimum of 7 nights. You may use a discounted amount ONLY if there is a specific discount advertised on this page or you have spoken to Melissa and know your required amount.

If you are ready to reserve your stay at Villa Soleil:

1) Verify the week you want is available by checking our online availability calendar. Dates in red are available for check-out only.

2) Pay your deposit using PayPal's secure website. To find the amount of deposit required for your stay use the following table (this is 1/2 your weekly rental rate):

1/2 your weekly rental rate is required to hold your reservation. A signed lease and application are required within ten days to confirm your reservation.

Total rental amount includes 8% island hotel tax and $500 refundable security deposit. Final payment is due no less than 8-12 weeks before arrival.

We suggest you read our rental policies at the bottom of this page before making your reservation.

3) Confirm your reservation. You should receive a return email or phone call from Melissa within 24 hours. If you do not, PLEASE contact us.

Rental Policies:

We at Villa Soleil want you to have the best experience possible while staying at our villa. We believe part of this is being clear on what is expected from each of us. So, we have made our application and lease agreement available for you to read on-line. Basically, the overview of both is that we agree to rent you the house, everything in it, and pay for the utilities (except long distance phone calls), and you agree to take care of it as if it were your own and respect the neighbors privacy. A signed, faxed copy of both the application and lease are required before your reservation can be confirmed.

Should you fail to use your reservation, Villa Soleil retains all funds received, other than security deposit, as liquidated damages unless the villa is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs, we retain only a $100.00USD administrative fee. In the event the premises are deemed uninhabitable by the owner for any reason for the time period specified all monies shall be refunded, without interest.

The security deposit of $500USD is fully refundable within 60 days after you leave provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when you arrived, there are no long distance phone charges, all sets of keys have been returned and all terms of the lease are met. There is a $100USD fine for each hour, or fraction thereof that you stay after checkout time (3 p.m.) There is a $75USD/hour charge for each hour, over and above 10 hours, for cleaning Villa Soleil after your departure. You are liable for all replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when you arrived. Any applicable charges will be deducted from the security deposit before you receive your refund.
