Villa Leja
Welcome to the lovely island of St. Croix! We know that you will enjoy visiting this charming property, "Villa Leja" This vacation home is an intimate two bedroom villa located on the north coast of the island, a short 15 minute drive from Christiansted. One of the most alluring features of this villa is its proximity to the ocean. The sounds of the surf will lull you into vacation mode as soon as you enter this vacation paradise.

Your first impression of the villa is one of tropical luxury and privacy. The driveway is lined with boughs of bougainvilleas and Norfolk pines. The manicured lawns, graceful palms and numerous species of island greenery complete the picture of a villa designed for the island life style. The complement the exterior, the villa also has a deck which overlooks the ocean and has seating and tables for that fabulous sunset moment.

"Villa Leja" is a St. Croix destination that emphases the utmost in privacy by offering two separate quarters for its guests. As you enter the main house, your first view is of the ocean through the glass doors of the living area. The dining room is located in this area so that you can guarantee an ocean view for your meal time pleasure. Adjacent to the dining room, the kitchen is only a few steps away for easy serving and clean up. All the modern conveniences are included in the kitchen design and counter top space has been maximized to accommodate as many cooks as you have.

Two steps down from the level of the kitchen and dining room is the great room. The view from this spacious living and entertaining area is of the spectacular azure blue waters of the Caribbean. During the day, you have a lovely view of Buck Island National Park. At night, you might even see the twinkling lights of St. John!

The Master Suite of "Villa Leja" is fully air conditioned guaranteeing a comfortable night's sleep. The king bedded room has a generous sitting area complete with couch and chair. From one side of the master, you will enjoy the spectacular Caribbean. From the other side of the suite, you enter a small sun room with wicker couch and chair. The view from the sun room is the courtyard which is where the villa's pool is located. The deck of the pool is large enough for not only lounge chairs but also for a table and chair set for al fresco dining or snacking.

The second structure consists of one large bedroom suite and a private bath. The bedding configuration is two twins that can be dressed at a king. There is a room divider in the large sleeping area that can be drawn creating a secondary sleeping area. In this part of the bedroom suite, there is a sleeper sofa which can accommodate an additional two persons for a third couple or small members of the family.

A stone pathway leads from the back of the villa to a small sun patio complete with lounge chairs and table. As you continue down the path, you reach the private beach and ocean access. You might choose to spend your entire vacation snorkeling from your very own beach and exploring the wonders of the coral reef that surrounds this island.
