Sugar Bay House

Located in the desirable Salt River area of St. Croix, Sugar Bay House is a treat to the eye and to the senses. Its location overlooking the azure blue of the Caribbean and the Salt River makes the vistas picture perfect. The focal point of the villa is the luxurious pool and deck area which extends along the entire northern exposure of the property. The design of the villa is traditional West Indian and extremely vacation friendly. Sugar Bay consists of two separate pavilions each of which adjoins the pool deck. The smaller of the two showcases an air-conditioned master suite with a whimsical queen four- poster bed. To insure your privacy, this bedroom suite features a full bath, cozy sitting area and a wet bar. The French doors not only offer ocean views but also open directly on to the pool deck area for early morning sun or late evening dip.

The larger pavilion houses a second master suite with king four-poster bed en suite. In addition to the master suite, there are two more bedrooms in this pavilion, each with two twin beds. Both of these can be converted into a king accommodation with advance notice. All of the bedrooms are fully air conditioned for your comfort.

The vaulted living area of the main pavilion consists of the Great Room, kitchen and dining area. After a delightful dinner prepared in the gourmet kitchen or on the built-in gas grill on the terrace, everyone will find a comfortable seat for enjoying an evening of movie viewing or simply relaxing while discussing the day’s activities. The generously sized living area has comfortable seating in overstuffed chairs and sofas and features floor to ceiling French doors which afford you an uninterrupted view of the Caribbean horizon. A signature feature of the villa is the mahogany bar that divides the living area from the pool courtyard and is a magnet for gathering at all times of the day.
