Specific information for making your St. Croix marriage legal:

You can request a marriage license application yourself, have a wedding planner file the form for you, or download them directly from our website below.fter the application is received in St. Croix there is a required 8 day waiting period. If either party is divorced you will need to provide a certified copy of the divorce decree or notarized affidavit stating when the divorce was granted .Applicants must appear in person, present photo ID, and notarize their application before a license can be granted. Specify whether the marriage will be performed by a clergy member or a judge. It is necessary to make an appointment if you wish to be married in the court.

The marriage application fee is $50 and the marriage license fee is $50. If you are being married in the court there is an additional fee of $200.
